Releasing

Releases are cut with:

bash

scripts/release.sh X.Y.Z

from the appropriate branch. Full workflow, GitHub setup and troubleshooting are described in docs/releasing.md.

User-visible changes should be added to CHANGELOG.md under [Unreleased].
